Home Line Baptist Church Leadership

Home Line Baptist Church is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.

Robb Foreman

Pastor/Abundant Life Couples Class Teacher

Pastor Robb Foreman trusted Christ as his personal Saviour at the young age of seven years old. At the age of fifteen, he surrendered to the call of God to preach the Gospel.

After marrying his sweetheart at the age of eighteen, they moved to Weatherford, Texas, where they spent nine years on staff at the Southside Baptist Church. During those nine years, Pastor Foreman served as the bus director, youth pastor, as well as the associate pastor. In 1995, Pastor Foreman felt the call of God to move his wife and children to Indiana, where he enrolled and attended Hyles-Anderson College. Upon graduating Hyles-Anderson College in 2001, Pastor Foreman moved his family of five to Sherwood, Oregon, where he and another Hyles graduate started the Timberline Baptist Church. It was there in the Northwest of Oregon and Washington where Pastor Foreman was instrumental in starting churches, pastoring, and serving in five different ministries over the course of twelve years.

In 2013, Pastor Foreman received a phone call from a collection of five people who were praying for a pastor to come pastor them. It was there, in the backyard of one of those families, where the Home Line Baptist Church of Midland, Texas, was birthed. It was there in the backyard that God allowed Pastor Foreman and the Home Line Baptist Church to experience great growth, where hundreds of people have come to know Christ as their personal Saviour. During those five and a half years in the backyard, The Home Line family got to experience a high day of 212 people, with an average attendance of 120.

In December of 2018, the Lord moved the congregation out of the backyard to a 200 seat auditorium, where they took up residence with the five members of Tall City Baptist Church. After two and a half years of coexistence, the Lord led the membership of Tall City Baptist Church to donate the building, land, and all contents to the Home Line Baptist Church on Mother's Day of 2021. The Lord has certainly blessed beyond measure!

Pastor Foreman was led by the Lord in 2019 to start an international ministry in multiple countries reaching the unreached. Pastor Foreman currently pastors eight national pastors and has trained hundreds of tribal/village pastors to be personal soul winners, where thousands have come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Over the course of the past nine years, God has used Pastor Foreman and the Home Line Baptist Church to influence and encourage many discouraged preachers, many "old timers", pastors and pastor's wives to stay in this great fight of serving our great God.

Pastor Foreman also serves as Vice President of the Bible Literature Missionary Foundation, a Scripture printing ministry, located in Shelbyville, Tennessee.

Phil Teaney

Assistant Pastor

Pastor Phil had the privilege of being born into a good Christian home with Godly parents. He made a profession of faith as a young child but really struggled with his salvation all through his teen years. At the age of nine, he surrendered to be a missionary. In 1999, Pastor Phil graduated from high school and enrolled at Oklahoma Baptist College to prepare for the mission field. While he was attending Bible college, God was dealing with him about his salvation. On May 2, 2001, at the age of 20, Pastor Phil settled his salvation once and for all. After that night, God began to lead him in a different direction, as far as the ministry was concerned. While at Oklahoma Baptist College, Pastor Phil met the love of his life, his wife, Tanya. They were married the summer between his junior and senior year of college (2002). Upon graduating from Bible college, in 2003, Pastor Phil and his wife returned to his hometown where he served as a faithful laymen in the church where he grew up. In 2007, Pastor Phil took a position as an assistant pastor and a Christian school administrator in the Dallas, Texas, area. It was while he was on staff there that God saw fit to bless Pastor Phil and Tanya with their only child. In 2009, they welcomed their son Joseph into this world. He has truly been a gift from God to his parents! In 2011, the Lord closed the doors on their ministry in Dallas and led them to relocate back to his hometown, where, once again, he served as a faithful laymen and helped his pastor in any way possible. In February of 2019, he received a phone call from Home Line. After visiting Home Line and spending some time in prayer, he accepted the postition as assistant pastor. He and his family have fallen in love with Midland and love serving the Lord where He has placed them.
